Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).

What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming your given address. We will send another email once your goods have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse) with the tracking number for daily tracking convenience. Note, Customer Service will be available for your assistance only during working days from 7:45 – 16.45 hrs.

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

How much will I pay in delivery charges?

It depends on the purchase amount and the shipping location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You will receive your order in an estimated period within 7 working days.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, in section Orders Placed of your account you will see the status of your orders. You will also receive an e-mail with a tracking number of the package as soon as it is ready for dispatch.

Shipping fee

Free nationwide shipping on purchase over 699 baht. There will be a charge of 200 baht for delivery nationwide on purchase made under 699 bath.

Product Warranty

If there is a defect in the craftsmanship or in quality of material the product will be repaired or replaced free of service charge. Incase the fault in product is found to be due to causes other than craftsmanship or material quality, there is minimum service charge for pick up of return goods and exchange of the same. Santas Home reserves to deny return of goods that do not comply within product quality standards and are out of the warranty claim standards.
